The COVID-19 pandemic has been a difficult time for us all.  Many of us are not in the same physical condition that we were in pre-COVID-19.  Here is your chance to mark your level of physical fitness as you begin or build on your physical activity levels. 

Yoga Practice

A body MOT is conducted by one of our highly skilled physiotherapists.  You will be put through a variety of physical tests to determine your level of physical fitness.  These tests may include some of the following:

  • Blood pressure & heart rate

  • Percentage of oxygen in your blood

  • Body mass index calculation

  • Fat % calculation with callipers

  • Functional movement testing

  • Strength testing 

  • VO2 max testing for cardiorespiratory function

  • Video analysis of functional & sport-specific movements

The detailed insight will identify how your body is functioning and where you can improve.  With the help of our team, you will be able to understand how to overcome your injuries or limitations, through a specific and individualized rehabilitation plan. 


Regular monitoring to identify improvements or declines in your body's optimal level of function will help you manage and reduce your risk of injury, so you can perform the activities or sports in your life pain free with no apprehension.
