Our patient and staff safety are of paramount importance at Sprint Physiotherapy. It is for this reason that we have implemented a number of changes to mitigate risk of infection and maintain our highest infection control standards.
We are pleased to be able to offer face to face consultations, but still require all patients to wear a facemask when attending for an appointment. We are still offering remote video and telephone consultations if this is more appropriate for you.
For further information or advice, please contact us via email on email@example.com or call 020 7938 1350.
The clinic is operating staggered appointment times to avoid cross over with other patients or members of staff that will also be present in the practice.
On booking, all patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and risk of exposure. Screening will occur again on arrival at the clinic. Clinicians have the right to withhold treatment if they suspect a risk of infection.
All patients attending the clinic in person will be required to complete and return a new consent to treatment contract electronically before attending the clinic.
On booking, patients will be asked to bring a mask to wear during their appointment.
Patients are required to arrive on time for their appointment but not early, as they may need to wait outside until their clinician opens the door for them.
We request that unless you need a chaperone, you do not attend with other friends/family to help reduce the risk of infection and number of people within the practice.
We continue to disinfect all surfaces, equipment and high touch points within the clinic between patients and regularly throughout the day.
At Sprint Physiotherapy we will adhere to strict infection control protocols. These will include ensuring that all areas in the clinic are sanitised before and in between the arrival of each patient. All staff will be wearing personal protective equipment during contact with patients as required per guidance from Public Health England (PHE).
Patients will be required to bring a mask to wear during their appointments.
All patients are required to sanitise/wash hands on arrival and before leaving.
Clinicians will need to ensure they keep to appointment times and will not be able to overrun unless the time has been booked in advance to ensure patients do not cross over in reception between appointments and clinicians have the time to sanitise and ventilate the environment between appointments.
Contactless payment is encouraged where possible with Apple/G pay or BACS transfers. Please use name and invoice number as a reference.
We will still accept debit or credit card payment.
*We will no longer be accepting cash, AMEX or personal cheques.
